释义
短售：与抵押贷款公司协商的房地产销售，贷款人接受低于总应还款额的金额出售房产。
卖空：出售第三方债券、股票或类似金融工具，同时借入该资产并承担同时转移其所有权到后续买家（或原始卖方）的义务，希望在任何贷款必须偿还或相关费用到期之前，价格会下降。
